I'm Ketan, Head of Engineering at Credo. We're a seed-stage, HIPAA-compliant health-tech company fixing one of healthcare's dumbest problems: getting the right patient data to the people who need it. Looking for 3–5+ yrs full-stack experience, solid Python + a backend framework, comfort with relational DBs, a modern JS framework, real testing chops, and someone who thrives with ambiguity and owns problems end to end. What we're looking for

- Staff-level software engineer with deep systems chops — you reason naturally about memory, parallelism, and performance. Rust is a plus; strong C++/Go/systems experience that transfers is welcome.
