Yes, manhattan is the only special place in the country that can have public transit. Oh wait yeah, except for Queens! No, they aren't particularly alike and yes it is true that plenty of cities outside of the US have great public transit, despite not having what the special Manhattan and/or Queens sauce, but yes...
