I witnessed a card testers smarter than Stripe tech and Stripe shutting down account that had literally 0% chargeback ratio and doing over $10MM in sales monthly. Still to them that was peanuts. They will help you initially and customer support is pretty fast at figuring things out, but in no shape of form will they say "gee, we see you are not the bad guy and someone else is doing that so your account is good to continue abusing our merchant accounts".
