That guideline is decent I guess.
I am disappointed that they edited another guideline for the worse:
> Please don't comment about the voting on comments. It never does any good, and it makes boring reading.
It used to just say, don't complain about voting.
If the number of votes are so taboo, why do they even show us the number or user karma (and have a top list)?
