Technologies: Embedded systems, automotive, machine learning, signal processing, data science, real time computing, safety processes (MISRA, ISO26262, etc), MATLAB, FPGA.

Resume: LinkedIn -- https://www.linkedin.com/in/wcunning

Email: wdocunningham \@\ gmail.com

Background: Masters in control theory and signal processing, working in the auto industry for the last 7 years, first on low level powertrain software then the last year or so on LIDAR/computer vision for autonomous vehicles. I've done the most work in C, but I'm now contributing to safety development work with the Rust consortium and Ferrous Systems through my current employer. Recently had to read the Linux kernel source and use the BCC tool suite to find a subtle issue in the network stack causing high latency on sensor data for AV, also coincidentally fixed most of the network timing infrastructure.

Currently doing software defined vehicle software architecture with a focus on fail-safe and fail-operational, loosely coupled, distributed systems. This includes some standards contributions and work with high level suppliers like Nvidia and Renesas for next-generation software/hardware system co-development.

Primary skills include hard real time embedded systems, safety critical applications, firmware development, system integration and complex hardware/software interaction debugging, along with detailed data analysis problems.

Side interests include machining, 3D printing, embedded system development, coffee roasting and furniture making.

Location: Boston Remote: Yes Willing to relocate: Yes Technologies: Python, Pandas/Numpy, Jupyter, JS/TS and something many devs skip: actually talking to users. Résumé/CV: https://www.linkedin.com/in/paddymullen/ Email: [email protected] I'm a developer who believes code isn't valuable unless it's used. That's why I start with conversations, not commits. I work to understand real problems before reaching for shiny new packages. I build tools that are simple, effective, and easy to adopt. My goal is always to solve the problem and make sure people know there’s a solution. In my next role, I'm looking to work with a team that values clarity and impact. I'm especially interested in data heavy environments where thoughtful tooling can make workflows better. Most recently, I built [Buckaroo](https://github.com/paddymul/buckaroo) an open source data table for Jupyter using Pandas/Polars. It combines fast rendering, summary stats, and a low-code UI. It scratches an itch I've had for over a decade and has already streamlined my own analysis workflow.

Hello, I'm one of the original evangelists for Ruby on Rails and the author of The Rails Way as well as Patterns of Application Development Using AI. Over the past three decades, I’ve led teams and built products at every scale — from early-stage startups to global platforms — combining deep technical expertise with a creative, forward-looking approach to software craftsmanship.

I bring 30 years of hands-on engineering experience, including senior leadership in architecture, AI integration, and product strategy. Whether working as an individual contributor or guiding organizations through transformation, I focus on delivering clarity, velocity, and sustainable innovation. My last gig was leading AI strategy related to Developer Experience at Shopify.

Currently evaluating consulting and permanent opportunities with preference for executive leadership position at a larger company, although will consider consulting and fractional CTO type roles for startups and smaller ventures if the project and team are interesting enough.

Highly-experienced principal software engineer (and sometimes co-founder or founding engineer) who likes to get their hands dirty, whether it's doing "all the things" in a startup, helping an entire company to work together effectively, or focusing on designing and implementing that one piece that really must work correctly+reliably+securely+maintainably.

My ideal role would be in an early startup, of good people, doing something beneficial to society. First refining the product concept and MVP, and building and shipping it. Then growing and nurturing teams of highly effective people who are aligned with the shared mission.

(Heads-up that I don't do L**tC*de, from either side of the interview table, and I'm not interested in any company doing bl*ckch**n.)

- Logistics robots shuttling parts around automotive factories

- Kubernetes PaaS that actually worked (multi-tenant, auto-deploy, the whole nine yards)

- Made books talk on-demand (text-to-speech system for a major digital library)

I've also been a Linux guy since the boot/root days, and I rather like dabbling in AWS cloud stuff too. I'd like to reach outside my comfort zone a bit in my next role, but whether that means "less Fintech", or "quelle horreur, le frontend" or something zanier we'll have to see. I'd definitely like to go somewhere that the architecture and technical decisions weren't fully baked yet, so a startup might be a good fit.

Hello!

I’ve spent 11 years at a bank and two years at a pensions firm. Both places don’t particularly appreciate radical changes or rapid movement.

While at the bank, I helped adopt Python for non-critical tasks and pushed for the production use of scripts for critical systems. My time was mostly spent writing C++, debugging obscure issues, and migrating software to 64-bit and C++11.

At my current role, I’m working on a Blazor site for pension scheme trustees to view aggregate member data and scheme health information.

I’d appreciate a role that has me learning something new, doesn’t try to pigeonhole me once I find a speciality, and prioritises small teams with some degree of autonomy.

Hello, I'm Kana! I'm a software engineer with 3+ years of fullstack development, complemented by a strong focus on DevOps practices and architecting cloud infrastructure in AWS using Terraform for data-centric applications.

Most recently I co-created Aurora, a real-time data analytics platform for natural language queries and visualizations of Kafka streams with AI, ClickHouse, and Grafana. Check it out here: https://auroraplatform.github.io/

I've enjoyed the process of solving complex problems that involve architecting distributed systems in order for them to work seamlessly together, and I'm excited to bring my expertise, eye for detail, and love for collaboration to your team. Open to full-time and contract roles.

Willing to relocate: probably not, but I won't rule it out entirely either

Technologies: JS/TS, Python, PHP, Go, C, Shell, SQL; Django, React, Laravel, Emacs; Linux, git, Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Docker

Résumé/CV: Available on request

Email: [email protected]

I'm a generalist with a background in full stack development, release engineering, and systems administration. I can do pointer arithmetic but I can also set up a DNS server or, in a pinch, configure Webpack from scratch.

US and Mexican passport holder; willing and able to travel (and I wish I had more excuses to go to CDMX more often). Based in central Mexico, I have good timezone overlap from Buenos Aires to Seattle, and I'm used to keeping early hours to sync with teams in Europe as well.

As a native English speaker with C1-ish Spanish, I often act as a liaison between international teams and our Mexican office.

At my current job I've thrived when assigned to work on large, legacy projects (I've ended up leading them more than once) and with direct contact with customers and users.

I enjoy documenting (yes, really) and mentoring and putting out fires. I use a system loosely based off of quicksort when pairing my socks, yet I also spend a good deal of my free time reading and working out.

I'm André, I have around 8 years of experience as a SWE, mostly building and improving Rails applications in a secure and scalable way in the IAM domain (e.g. an identity provider that now handles 50m users), including the Devops/Infra/Architecture work.

Also here is my GitHub, you will see some recent contributions to CRuby itself and my OS library Kumi. https://github.com/amuta

If you are working on a challenging problem with a lot of unknowns or need a very skilled debug guy, I'd be very interested to hear about it. Please send me an email, and let's have a conversation.

15y+ experience in software engineering: frontend, web platform APIs, full-stack development, mobile, system architecture, js frameworks, design systems, tooling and more; leading teams and deploying software at scale.

Looking for a role where I can collaborate with design and product to drive the creation of great user experiences. I’m technology-agnostic and adapt to what works best for each project.

Recently I’ve been immersing myself in ML and robotics, learning CAD, programming Arduino/ESP32, mechatronics and 3D printing. Would love to exploring any opportunities in the robotics, automation or embodied AI fields as well.

I'm Andrew, an HCI-focused software engineer looking for my next full-time role. I spent a lot of time recently working independently on a web OS project called "LisaGUI" (https://lisagui.com) that recreates the Apple Lisa's UI from scratch in JS.

Ideally, I'd like a role that will let me combine programming with my deep background in art and design.

Hello! I’m Mari. I’ve spent 10+ years hacking on side-projects and open source, and the last 3.5+ years building production back-ends in Rust, Go and Typescript.

My latest project is GitArena (https://github.com/mellowagain/gitarena), a self-hostable Git + issue-tracker written in async Rust (Actix-Web, Tokio, PostgreSQL, htmx). I also grew Fiberplane's Rust REST API and CLI, wrote an OpenAPI -> Rust codegen tool, and automated its Terraform infra.

Feel free to get in touch to learn more about me and my previous experiences.

Over the 5 years of my career I mostly worked with Elixir and JavaScript (Node.js, React) but I feel comfortable in Python as well. I like learning new stuff especially when it makes sense for the project — over the years, I’ve picked up different tools and stacks as needed. I’m looking for a place where I can take ownership, keep learning, and contribute to a product and a team I believe in. I'd prefer to keep working with Elixir but I'm open to other technologies as well

Up to anything, be it backend, frontend, blockchain, compilers, DevOps, embedded or mobile. Bonus point if there is a little bit of Rust involved.

If you are curious my greatest project is WTX, a fast WebSocket framework and Database client that gave me a lot of insights about performance and code architecture. See https://github.com/c410-f3r/wtx.

Hi! I've been a fullstack developer since the early 2000s, doing both fullstack, backend, frontend, and occasionally mobile apps with web technologies.

I take great pride in delivering products that actually work, and I have a knack for making user-friendly UIs as well as developer-friendly APIs and good documentation.

Primarily looking for a full-time job, but freelance opportunities are welcome as well. Regarding salary I'm flexible, i.e. not necessarily as expensive as my years in the business would dictate.
