Unfortunately, this board seems to be using the CIX CPU that has power management issues:

For comparison, an N150 mini PC uses around 6 watts at idle.

I have a pre-Ryzen AMD thin client which draws MAXIMUM 10W. Idle 5W. A lot less CPU power but still. 15W for a modern SBC is a joke.

And here I was thinking the Pi 5 which idles at 3W was unreasonably high.
