Hi I'm Thomas. I make teams easier, often creating fixes for customer/developer pain points (really good at this). Although I've not had the title of "Lead" to date, I've filled that role as advisor to peers, user story generator, and representative for requirement meetings with stakeholders. I'm ready to lead a gangbuster team!

I view the agreement between stakeholder and developer as one which can be a beautiful moment of pure communication, and that idea leads me to both develop to specifications and define requirements in user stories with precision.

A passion and thrill of mine is orchestrating/comprehending complex code bases and noting/implementing fixes and optimizations to them.
