This is absolutely going to kill people. In a country that had even a modicum of regulation around providing healthcare this would be illegal.
It's also absolutely going to save people. The question is what the acceptable (and the actual) ratio is.
I'm certain it will kill people, but medical error already kills a huge number of people - the exact number is heavily disputed, but in the US the lower bound is in the tens of thousands annually.
You know what else kills people?
Cars, planes, food, scooters, sports, cold, heat, electricity, medication, ...

They should held liable for malpractice for every incorrect statement and advice provided by it.
