Because if the LLM does it wrong you simply correct it, you will still get to the end result quicker than DIY. People like this stuff because they’re getting their work done faster, or getting more work done. Personally while waiting I’m either creating plans for other tasks, or I do chores, exercise, watch TV, have a shower, etc.
