It's weird to think that ethnic organisations are weird when it's the most natural social group you can form. You are literally genetically similar to these people. You have a shared history, culture, etc. In a biological sense, you have an innate interest in each other's prosperity (at least, moreso than you would an ethnically-distant stranger).

You're taking your "anti-racism" to the point where it is unnatural, absurd, and alienating. People inherently want community with their kin but you are telling them that they are wrong for pursuing it.
