ChatGPT has done more for my health than any doctor. Truly.

Same here. It does incredibly well with almost all of the health and fitness related prompts I throw at it. It's great at taking a ton of context (bloodwork, medical history, metrics from Apple Health) and finding interesting trends, insights, or recommendations to optimize or improve things. Also useful in finding correlations and hypothesizing why things are the way they are based on the context.

Edit: For example, I had weakness in my tricep after straining a tendon. My shoulder also hurt. And my 2 fingers were numb. ChatGPT connected the dots between the 3 injuries and hypothesized that it was all caused by the same nerve issue. This made a lot of sense given the other symptoms, I just never connected the dots (and neither did the doctor I saw prior to that, or the physical therapist I was seeing weekly). ChatGPT gave timelines for recovery (which ended up being accurate - I'm nearly healed now). And it gave recommendations for how to accelerate recovery, how to modify my training at the gym, what exercises to swap around to avoid further injuries. Incredibly useful and immediately actionable advice that is difficult to get from anywhere else.
