Agree. There are several running reports about ice, dhs etc ignoring court orders. But judges mostly inveigh.

Less talk. More consequences. Fines. Contempt. Jail etc

David if you're going to advertise your blog on Hacker News, you might consider not putting the post behind a paywall, especially for an issue as important as this.

When did Substack start doing hard paywalls? It makes no sense given folks haven't heard of most of their writers, and so aren't likely to trade even an e-mail address for what could be great or could be some slop.
