I personally feel like the tailscale + terminal emulator solution is pretty limited compared to Omnara's interface, and there's also 0 hassle of maintaining anything on your own with Omnara. You can try out Omnara for free, and see if you like it before paying! 10 sessions can get you pretty far, and there's no limit on the session length.
