Aside from the jitter option I wouldn't classify this as glitch art.

It (accurately) states "no upload" so the subsequent button probably shouldn't say "Upload Video"

Nice! I love that it is a single .js file.

I built a similar CSS only glitch effect [1] and I really want to check your code when I get to my laptop to see how did you do it.

Wow, neat. The art style is cool, but what impresses me most is how it Just Works with the cam record/download bits, even on mobile.

What might be cool is converting each frame to JPEG and then randomly corrupting bits in the SOS section before displaying each frame. Then you'd get proper glitches like what you might see off a damaged memory card.

It leaves my camera on even after I close the tab.
