Clearly there's potential there, and a lot of people are working on products in the AI space (myself included), but anyone that's seriously tried to wrangle these models will agree with the reality that it's very hard to reliably get them to do what you want them to do.

If you replace OpenClaw with any number of other hot LLM products/projects, I’ve been hearing that same exact sentiment for numerous 6-to-12-month periods. I’d argue we have no idea how long it’s doing to be, but it’s probably not very soon.
