Have you looked at the actual expenses and where you think they should cut rather than people? Or are you saying with all those people they should be able to turn their growth story around?
I'd love to see their books to find out how they're burning that much money and then still digging a hole hundreds of millions deep. I suspect that they've got issues higher in the org chart than they're pruning, and I'd put more faith in the people they let go than the chatbots they want to bring in. I just hope they keep them internal because I have to endure both Jira and Confluence and I won't be looking forward to the aggressive nags to use more AI features nobody asked for.
