Women are relatively and absolutely less happier than they were 50 years ago. So I'm having hard time believing that this new norm is a win for anyone.
The reality is that most women are simply not interested in raising more than two children per person. If this is undesirable from a societal perspective then they either need to be forced (which I hope you're not seriously suggesting) or the incentives to raise more children need to be increased (atm there are none except personal satisfaction) and the downsides need to be mitigated (without a stable career, women are wholly dependent on their spouse's income).
