• Built and deployed a production RAG system (Python, FastAPI, React, Qdrant), including hybrid retrieval, ingestion, and backend APIs with improved retrieval quality and system stability as dataset scaled (ranking fixes, logging, debugging workflows)

Previously:

• 10+ years building and owning backend, data, and operational systems (ERP, BI, internal tools)

• Strong experience with messy data, integrations, and production debugging

• Delivered full systems end-to-end, including APIs, data pipelines, and internal tools

• Led technical delivery across cross-functional teams in complex corporate environments
