alt Hacker NewsOur family uses cloth diapers (except when we’re traveling). We chose them because we don’t trust the chemicals in disposable diapers that come into contact with such a sensitive area. They’re a bit labor-intensive, but having a washer and dryer helps a lot.

We did as well. We were fortunate to have a good diaper service in the neighborhood. I think it was less expensive than disposables.
Is there a pre-cleaning step at all? Or do you toss them right in to the washer? Do they get their own load?
