Hi, I'm Iñaki. I specialize in compiler infrastructure and static analysis. My focus is on developing LLVM IR analysis passes for performance, security, and correctness diagnostics, as well as building auto-remediation tools. I also extend compiler frontends to support HPC codebases used in national research laboratories. Previously, I conducted research in HPC and bioinformatics, publishing in several D1 journals and achieving up to 200x speedups to enable genome-scale analysis of lncRNA interaction predictions. Outside of work, I enjoy running, weightlifting, and playing chess.
