Project/Program Manager with 15+ years running cross-functional technical programs internationally, most recently on the Microsoft Xbox Certification program for HCLTech, owning delivery for a 50-100 person team spanning the US and Costa Rica.

A couple years back I spearheaded the build-out of a new test facility in Costa Rica from the ground up: budget, staffing, facilities/IT, vendor coordination, the whole thing through go-live. Day to day, I'm the one building and coordinating the project plans, schedules, and documentation that keep engineers and stakeholders on the same page. I'm used to operating across time zones, communicating with everyone from individual contributors up to executive leadership, and making sure teams have the information and resources that they need to run efficiently.

I have my Six Sigma Green Belt, and my PMP is currently in progress. I don't write production code, but I'm comfortable working alongside AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot, and I've been folding them into my PM and project workflows.
