If you want HN to be better, can you please do what others do, and use the flag feature (it alerts us to bad submissions/comments and will cause items to be killed when enough people do it), or if you have things to say, explain what you mean in your comments, or email us ([email protected])? Plenty of longtime users do this and it helps a lot.
