alt Hacker NewsMonster has roughly the same amount of caffeine per volume as black coffee but their standard size is 16oz which is a huge cup of undiluted coffee.

Not true, a 16oz monster has 140mg caffeine, a 12 oz starbucks has 235-270mg.

My daily morning coffee is about that size though, so it's not huge to me. :)
