English isn't my first language and even I know "palette" is wrong. Is it normal for official news outlets to write stuff like this?

I'm a native English speaker and before your comment, I never noticed that palette, pallet, and palate are different words!
Maybe they are painting the fish and find the experience unenjoyable? :)
