And what makes https://unsplash.com/photos/man-wearing-white-v-neck-shirt-i... a CTO/VP Engineering and https://unsplash.com/photos/a-man-wearing-glasses-and-a-gree... a startup founder? If they were actual photos of the people in those roles, it would make a little more sense, but it's just random photos. You could replace them with cat photos and make the same point
