Then they wouldnt exist. Society has decided its better for them to exist off the back of undocumented labor than to not exist

right; but the problem is that the gov spends billions on ICE instead of prosecuting companies that employ undocumented persons, so the problem doesn't really go away (but it makes for good show and gets GOP votes, which is the only reason for it in the first place)
