For as long as I can remember, my hometown had extreme summers with temperatures climbing as high as 45c. This was in the early 90's. This year is no different. Location: North Macedonia
For as long as I remember I never had a summer this warm and this dry. And I don't even have to rely on memory alone here as this is backed by actual historic measurements all the way back since humans started to record temperatures in my countries.

You do realize North Macedonia is not representative of all EU countries, and that other EU countries have abnormal heat waves compared to the 90s? With effects like the first pyrocumulonimbus in France's recorded history?
I think denying climate change and it's impact in the face of all evidence is something hard to justify lol.
