Ultimately this kind of mechanism is what creates a society of hereditary classes.
This is not something to be celebrated - the one good thing about capitalism and open competition generally is that you can challenge this.
Private education for the wealthy is a cancer on society - having even rich kids go to the same schools as everyone else is an equalizing effect.
I don't see how capitalism help this at all, in fact it seems to make it much worse.
