You're not going to believe me but they do see that difference. That's not to say there's no hate or racism towards the average non-combatant ... but they definitely do not mean "all Palestinians" when they say "terrorist" in this specific context. Again, not that they have any love for the non-combatants but they are referring specifically to combatants/members of the specific organizations.
