Well the rest of the world will dismantle the US hegemony "brick by brick". Not because they want to but because they have to. It may take decades but trust has been lost. The US can't be trusted at any level and investments will adjust to this level like any other unstable state.

Research, investments and talents are all avoiding the US. AI won't save the US economy either as there is no moat as we can all see.
