Ha, no. That is not the main concern with remote work. Employers are worried about productivity as RTO mandates have a lot to do with sagging worker metrics. Hilarious that the article made no claims on the effects of WFH on that, instead framing it solely on the wellbeing of workers. Of course, if I can WFH for one hour a day and receive a full salary that would be amazing for my well-being.
