Perl! CGI!

2003 called and wants help finding its tech stack which has apparently wandered away from its care home.

I'll check it out. An org I support recently went down the rabbit hole of looking for self-hosted ticketing for an IT service desk. Time accounting was a requirement and a deal-breaker with nearly every product they looked at, both free/open-source and commercial. (They ended up sticking with the Solar Winds Web Help Desk that they'd previously been using, even though the quality of the product seems to be diminishing.)

Edit: Oddly charming to see something Perl/CGI-based in 2026. Takes me back to the 90s.
