I believe the talking point was "antifa is a myth", quite a few politicians parroted that.
And being a loosely organized group does not grant you some sort of protection from your actions.
It's not a loosely organized group, it's a label applied (by the right) to many different groups with little to no coordination operating in entirely different places
No, they did not. Jerry Nadler is often cited as an example here and that’s wrong; what he actually said is that it was a myth that Antifa provocateurs were behind the ongoing violent protests in Portland. Not the same thing.
Don’t make vague accusations. If you have real cites, provide them. And your claim is “quite a few” so pointing at one candidate somewhere isn’t gonna do it.
As far as your second paragraph goes, I didn’t say that anyone should be protected from the consequences of their actions so that portion of your comment is irrelevant.
It’s still a myth. This administration labels anything that is against their agenda as “Antifa.”
They still haven’t positively identified an organization called “Antifa” and never will.
