His involvement made a lot of good reputation go away for me and if anything real comes out of this, he needs to pay.

It doesn't change for you, because you give a powerful multibilionaire criminal the benefit of doubt. We all know he won't be condemned. So it is your decision to only hold him accountable WHEN he gets condemned. Well, you will keep getting outrage from people that think this is a shameful behavior.
