Most of people actually call Hi Lumi era as run 4 (as it said in the article too) then run 5 (Assuming that all experiments lives to run for a fifth run). And that's okay because everyone inside CERN knows that run 4 run is a Hi Lumi run however, maybe it is better to communicate it the way they do here.
