Links to your $5M ARR FOSS? And is that Annualized Run Rate or Annual Recurring Revenue? I'm guessing the former.

If it's the former ARR, then how are you at $5M if it took you six months to get to $400k? $5M/12 = $416,666.6666666667

Which correct me if I'm misunderstanding (I do frequently) but that means your best average sales month was ~$400k, not 6 months to reach $400k.
