Some weeks ago, at a pub with some friends, and we were trying to order something. The waiter handles a card with a QR code. The card was approximately the size of an A4 sheet, which could contain pretty much every item the pub offered. Instead, it contained printed ads from nearby shops.

Four people at the table had problems with the app. No one could order anything. Four people, who spend most of their waking hours starring at screens to work, who gathered after some time to chat, were instead starring at their smartphones trying to order something because the app could not possibly work.
