Lockheed would still agree that it's good for them - replacing all those $4 million Patriot rockets expended in the Middle East to shoot down Shahed drones that are one or two orders of magnitude cheaper is going to fill their order books for years to come...
War is only good if it doesn't destroy many of your investments. When oil goes up in price, or you start losing factories war is bad.
That needs an update: Winning wars, if you win in a clean and non-Pyrrhic way, is usually good for the economy.
Losing at war is universally bad. And long stalemated forever wars can be just as bad for both sides.
Luckily, for the bean counters, the dead can't speak.
