It is 21.6 Wh capacity and charges at up to 45W, so it should take less than half an hour to fully charge from zero. Not sure where you got the 3-5 hours from?

Reviews say around 4 hours when streaming anything from a desktop PC (game or otherwise), 1 hour is if you're gaming directly on the device with the graphics turned all the way up.
