He seems concerned about vagrancy and "shitting in the bushes" rather than the race (Is gypsy even a race?) of people doing it.

Going way back up to what was said above however, if you want funds for css-tricks, complaining about omarchy getting funded is just dumb. Funding tends to go to things that are growing. Omarchy is growing fast. It's going to get funded. If you're not growing, you starve. That's just how capitalism appears to operate.

Based on comments here, it sounds like css-tricks founder got paid and didn't care anymore so the product withered, hence no further funding to be expected.
