it's sunk cost on their hydrogen cell R&D - they want there to still be room for that instead of going with electrification but they have to diversify their portfolio to keep up with markets

Yep bz, chr, bz woodland and the upcoming highlander Bev, at least - but they’re late to the game for sure.

They have large electric cars / SUVs, but not small EVs.
