This is not remotely racist. It's simply a fact, and the result of a lack of nationalist ideology.

Turns out if it's more economically efficient to simply import skilled workers, or outsource, then that's what will happen. Breeding and educating your own citizens in a first world country is very expensive. So you don't do it.

The only reason not to do this is national preference. Economically it makes sense, on a national level it makes sense, individually it's genocide.
