Depends on what the issue is, but you don't need to apply fixes to the next launch. You test them when you can, which may tax a few launches.

The last few missions have been successful at the primary objectives so there's not necessarily a pressing need to fix anything before the next launch.
They already leap frog fixes and improvements based on previous flights on all their launches.
