alt Hacker NewsThe last level 2 charger I used added 15 miles of range over about an hour. I drove a Chevy Blazer, which undoubtedly gives different ranges for some amount of power. Not all level 2 chargers charge at the same rate. As a result YMMV.

The solution is simple - plan ahead just enough to have enough charge to get back out of the small town.
