I can't believe I am defending these people and am not arguing this is the case, but a change in the multiplier isn't necessarily a downgrade if the value of X has increased. Yes, relative to Pro the new tier isn't as valuable, but it could still be more valuable relative to the old tier for the same price.

The plan page just says "More usage" it doesn't say any 10x multiplier. Literally just says "More" than plus.
