Founder/operator looking for an chief of staff/operations role at an early-stage company.

I previously boostrapped and founded a hardware company. I ran the systems, cadence, logistics, supply chain, and opertaions beneath it.

Best fit is a broader operations roles where a founder/operator background is useful. Ideally seed to Series B hardware, robotics, energy, or physical-AI startup that needs someone to own supply chain and operations before there is a large team around it. I've worn a lot of hats and can tackle any problem.
