Meanwhile my personal M1 Pro had truly full day battery life.
That is the thing, all corporate laptops suck regardless of the OS.
Unless one is lucky to work for small to medium size companies whose organisation hasn't yet grown to such politics and processes, with certifications, IT tickets for admin actions, and so on.
