That’s fair, I saw a screenshot of God of War running in the browser in the ReadMe so assumed the person put it online.
They did not. They went to a fair bit of trouble in this regard. The tool both requires an original ROM and a psp-decryptor tool to extract the encrypted EBOOT.BIN. Neither are included, and there is no guidance on how to source either.
