epileptics typically aren’t allowed to drive if there’s any risk of having a seizure while driving (depends on the type and severity of the epilepsy)
That's an interesting question. What motivated it?
In the UK it depends, some epileptics aren't allowed to drive. Not all epileptics are photosensitive and not all movies trip people.
