This is prevalent among the big ski consolidators (Vail Resorts, Alterra) year over year.
Interesting framing. I thought that was part of the appeal. When I was in college I was actively looking for an opportunity to go to another country and do a temporary work thing where you stayed in a mountain resort and worked at the front desk all summer.
